This is a remix of a venezuelan song made by the Gaita band called Venezuela Habla Gaiteando (VHG), which we started two years ago on December 2017 as a christmas celebration, but neither in that time and in the next year we were able to get it done before new year, so this year in summer we decided to finish it, although we initially intended to put it out on xmas we want to release it now.
This is our take on doing a modern, electronic version of this gaita classic, its influenced by several genres, but a lot of the elements in it are derived by trap, dubstep, hip hop, glitch, chill, orchestral and last but not least, gaita. Filled with heavy basslines, weird but cool sounds, complex rhythms and blissful, rich harmony that accompains the melodic themes from the original composition, with astonishing timbrical variation that makes of this tribute, a journey that you will enjoy, from beginning to end.
Made in FL Studio 20, BPM: 110-100, Key: D Minor. Time spent: approx. +450 hours (i know, it's ridiculous).

You might be asking, what in the world is Gaita?
Gaita Zuliana is a musical genre originated in the Zulia state in Venezuela, declared a heritage asset of cultural and artistic interest of Venezuela. In some regions of Venezuela and in the communities of Venezuelans around the world it is related to Christmas. This style of music features traditional instruments of Venezuela such as the cuatro (illustrated in cover art), maracas, charrasca, furruco, tambora and, sometimes, bass guitar and keyboards.
